Russell has successfully delivered complex and high-impact projects for clients such as UBS, Julius Bär, Santander, SEB, and the International Monetary Fund, covering regulatory compliance, risk management, asset management, portfolio management, and financial inclusion. Russell is an external subject matter expert for the IMF.

Dr. L is an experienced macro-economist who graduated from Cambridge University and Sorbonne. He began his career at Citi-bank before later joining the IMF as macro-economist.
Dr. L. led the development of the proprietary risk-assessment models around which our Nocehwere Risk-Assessment Management solutions are anchored.

Pat is an UK registered ACCA certified accountant with over 15 years leading Accounting and Finance departments and teams for several global fintech start-ups, including through the IPO process on the New York Stock Exchange.
Pat also holds an MBA as well as several post-graduate certifications.

Felix is also the Head of AI Horizon & Growth Projects at the IU Group. The IU Group is the holding company behind IU International University of Applied Sciences, Germany’s largest private university.
